I stood at the bottom of this hill on some rocks above the river. Erin & Caitlin came walking along the road up above me and looked down as I yelled… “Do you trust me?!” They did and started scaling down the side of this hill to get down to this area just above the high river and the canyon behind them. Worth it.
After we finished Caitlin and I each thought we had THE route back up. Erin and my 2 other shooters hung back to watch us and decide who had the best route. As I’m ziggin and zaggin I look over and see Caitlin climbing rocks. Girl, props to you for doing that in a wedding dress. But sorry, I’m not sorry, my route wins 😉
These two had the most amazing intimate ceremony at the Tarkio River Lodge. Surrounded by their closest friends and family. There wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd as these two exchanged vows. There’s something about these small weddings that just make my heart pitter patter. Where all that really matters is the people that are there. Everyone’s dogs running and playing together. Yard games. Homebrewed beer and the bbq going. And where we feel like we’re a part of their family and friends and not just vendors working. Just a great reminder of all that  matters in the end.
