Kelli messaged me last week while I was in Vancouver for my birthday about photographing their wedding. Their wedding that they’ve just recently decided to have this summer. Next month in fact. At Schweitzer. After chatting on the phone we had a plan. Her wedding next month and her engagement session this week. I hit the road Monday afternoon over to Sandpoint ID for their engagement session.

Holy crap my face hurt when I left. I laughed. Alot. And loud. And Kelli, she laughs as loud as I do. Instant best friends. Engagement sessions are so fun. Just go out and goof around, haha. And goof around we did. Found some property that wasn’t ours and had a little adventure. Followed by more laughter and food by the lake. Summers should be spent at the lake.

I’m obsessed with this engagement session. I’ve been swooning over the images all day. It has me sooooo excited for their wedding. Which I’m voting for a cowboys & indians theme, now if Jacob and I could just convince Kelli that it would be awesome. Wyatt Earp marries Pocahontas….. c’mon!

And now to prep my face for the amount of laughing to come next month!!! Cheers you two, so excited!
