I stopped at Target this morning for something I needed. What it was I couldn’t remember. But I entered the danger zone thinking I’d figure it out as I walked through the store. Who knows why I thought that, it’s Target. I left with random other things. A few I realized I needed but they weren’t that one thing. And why does back to school stuff come out so early? It makes it feel like summer is over and I ain’t down with that just yet. Came home. 6 hours later, sitting here I remember just what I needed. A new dehydrator.

Summer is going by way to fast. And the backpacking trip we planned months ago begins in just 2 weeks. And we’re gonna need to eat. I keep saying I’ll get to backpacking stuff when I’m done with July weddings. Which the last 3 start tomorrow and end on Sunday. Yes 3 weddings this weekend. Make that 5 weddings and 4th of July in another state in 12 days. But the reality is backpacking is just 2 weeks away and I need to start making meals like right now.

Why am I telling you this. First, I’m excited that I’ve remembered what I needed! Secondly, you get to come along! Sorta. Starting next week with a break in weddings you get more real time with me! 🙂  And I bought a new gopro so you really get to sorta, kinda, come along as I’ll share video with you 🙂  Get excited cause we’re gonna summit this mountain covered in glaciers and snow and take in the view at over 10,000 feet 🙂
