It’s amazing I had great sleep last night. AMAZING. But I’m certain I only slept well as my body is sore from the beating it’s had over the last two days. Snowboarding deep powder on Sunday to which I decided to go to the gym and run as soon as I got home from snowboarding. I realized quickly that my legs were indeed tired. But I felt like a champ. Who does that?! Who snowboards thigh deep pow and then goes and works out….
Me.
And, then yesterday I killed myself at the gym. I didn’t snowboard so I should be fine, so I thought. My body is tired. And last night after a late hockey game with my Canucks losing (it was a very entertaining game though) I PASSED OUT.
I’m glad I did. Otherwise I would have tossed and turned with excitement all night long.
All. Night. Lonnnnnngggggggg. All niggggghhhhhtt. You have to sing it once it’s said, just have to.
This morning I was supposed to have an all-day mentoring session with one of my brides. I love having my brides learn photography and asking me to be the one who helps them. But, the weather had a different plan for us and she wasn’t able to make it here today. I grabbed my morning coffee and sat down thinking well, I guess there are plenty of other things to do for work today. It is the beginning of the new year afterall. And while getting my coffee was reminded that tomorrow I’m hosting Shoot & Share Live!!!!
