I have the chillest brides on the planet, no doubt. And Angela might be the chillest of them all. Hair and makeup often takes a wee bit longer than brides plan for it to but I had a feeling, some odd feeling, Angela’s wouldn’t. That she would be done early and down at the ceremony site and surely she was there when I got there and Carl was roaming the area as well. They had already seen each other so we decided to not fake a first look. And these two were so cool about it, just nah we saw each other let’s go have some fun and do photos!

They had this simple ceremony in downtown Missoula MT at Silverpark but it had this backyard feel to it. Rows of white chairs and giant balloons. We wandered the trails to take photos after the ceremony we explored further down the trails with their entire bridal party for a scenic route to the Florence Building for their cocktail hour and reception.

They both used to work for Red Bird, my favorite restaurant in town, and had one of the cooks cater for them and whoaaaaa best tacos EVER. The night was so fun as they and their guests literally took over the building, danced the night away and snuck off for a proper shot-ski and these guys do it flawless.

I could list a million things about these two and their day that I loved and I only spent a few hours with them but without question the best thing….

The way Carl makes Angela smile.

It’s contagious and full of life. And incredibly beautiful. Even now going through their photos her constant grin puts a smile on my face and I’m sure it will for you too. Just see….
